- Any plugs or sockets that are integral to the function of the product are not damaged.
- Provide a valid tracking number to our customer service team once you’ve shipped your old unit back to us.
- If you have any questions prior to purchase, please contact our customer service team.
If the above is adhered to please send the item back to us for a surcharge deposit refund within 30 days of your order being delivered.
