We will happily refund your surcharge deposit providing the unit being returned adheres to the following eligibility criteria: 

• There must not be any damage to the original casting body of the product which would prevent it from being remanufactured. 
• Any plugs or sockets that are integral to the function of the product are not damaged. 
• Provide a valid tracking number to our customer service team once you’ve shipped your old unit back to us.
• If you have any questions prior to purchase, please contact our customer service team. 

If the above is adhered to please send the item back to us for a surcharge deposit refund within 30 days of your order being delivered.

Steering columns are located under the instrument panel, and needs no regular check or maintenance. However if it needs to be replaced, do not compromise your safety with used ones from the scrapyard and have it replaced by authorised dealer!
